About the Role
Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building software for waste and field service operators. You will own a product area end to end, working directly with customers and using AI tools to prototype and ship practical solutions.
What You'll Do
Own a product area, from customer discovery through launch, across sales and marketing tools or financial products.
Speak directly with waste haulers and other operators to understand their workflows, challenges, and needs.
Build functional prototypes with AI tools and take product work as far as possible before engineering support is needed.
Set product direction for your area while making pragmatic day-to-day scope tradeoffs.
Develop expertise in waste hauling workflows and ship quickly based on customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of product management experience, including work at early-stage startups and in a founding or early product role.
Experience shipping B2B SaaS products for SMB operators and launching AI-powered product features.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, GPT, or Replit Agent to prototype and build product functionality.
Strong customer discovery skills, sound product judgment, and experience making scope tradeoffs.
Background in engineering or a transition from engineering into product is valuable.
Experience in logistics, field services, vertical SaaS, CRM, billing, dispatch, or routing software is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $150,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, California, United States, four days per week.
