Surgical ICU Unit-Based Nurse Educator

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a dedicated professional responsible for coordinating unit-based education for clinical staff and unlicensed assistive personnel. You'll ensure that staff can demonstrate competencies and meet professional practice standards in their assigned areas. This role includes providing ongoing education, conducting needs assessments, and supporting staff development through mentorship. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and RN licensure with at least two years of clinical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
