What You’ll Do As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll support the successful delivery of utility‑scale renewable energy infrastructure projects across the United States by: Supporting project execution activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations. Coordinating project schedules, logistics, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Assisting with project budgets, risk tracking, milestone management, and performance reporting. Supporting commercial contracting activities and helping facilitate relationships between internal teams, contractors, and project stakeholders. Participating in project development decisions, construction meetings, site visits, and operational reviews. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex project challenges. Contributing to a culture of safety, operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking military officers who are eager to learn, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and are excited to apply their leadership experience to large‑scale infrastructure development. Preferred backgrounds include: Active Duty, Reserve, or National Guard Military Officers who are transitioning to civilian careers or are in the early stages of their post‑military professional journey. Leadership experience in operations, logistics, engineering, maintenance, construction, aviation, nuclear, technical, or mission‑critical environments. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure development, project management, and commercial operations. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite or similar business tools.
