Hospice RN Or LPN On CallGood Shepherd Hospice is seeking an experienced hospice RN or LPN on call to serve our patients and families in Lebanon and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate must be passionate about providing quality care and excellent service to patients and their families.Previous experience in hospice, home health, or geriatrics preferredResponsibilitiesCarrying out physician ordersInforming the physician of changes in the patient's condition and needsCommunicating with medical professionals, the hospice team and othersMaintaining accurate, up-to-date recordsProviding services in accordance with agency policies and regulations that define scope of practiceParticipating in in-service programsDemonstrating strong communication and customer service skillsQualificationsValid nursing licenseHospice experience requiredStrong organizational and self-management skillsValid driver's licenseMust be of high integrity including maintenance of confidential information including all patient recordsWorks as a team player, following directions and adhering to defined care plansDemonstrated commitment to the hospice philosophy of careCan successfully pass background checks
