To work at Chick-fil-A, you must be at least 18 years old and have prior experience in the food service industry. Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a reliable source of transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigate high and low shelves
• Basic reading, writing, math, and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to function in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must perform well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits in orders quickly and efficiently
