Work Environment

This role is based on-site at our modern outpatient office located in Deltona, Florida. The facility spans 5000 square feet, providing a spacious and well-equipped environment for both the staff and patients. Our team consists of dedicated professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' needs, establishing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to improve patients' range of motion, strength, and mobility, focusing on non-invasive treatment options.
• Motivate and empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey by providing education and support that maximizes their functional capabilities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with your team and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and address any interdisciplinary needs.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and document patient progress accurately to maintain high standards of care and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary responsibility will be to work with orthopedic patients, many of whom are recovering from surgeries or injuries. While our practice primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, we are dedicated to meeting the unique rehabilitation needs of each patient, ensuring effective recovery and restoration of their physical abilities. By designing tailored fitness and wellness programs, you will help clients achieve their optimal performance while fostering vital lifestyle changes.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for this position:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No record of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong understanding of exercise programming.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT or similar software, is a plus.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective rehabilitation programs for a diverse patient population will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 130,000 to 140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
