Excessive absences/call-ins are taken seriously and may lead to contract termination. Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend (EOW) coverage required. Holiday Coverage: May be included in the holiday rotation (typically 2–3 holidays per year). On-Call / Standby: No mandatory call or standby requirements; may be asked to pick up shifts in emergency situations. Floating Protocol: First to float as needed across adult and adolescent psych units (rarely floated to Psych ER/Crisis, 5-bed acute, detox, or rehab).
