Are you ready to help us make the future? We are seeking a Senior level Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join the Honeywell Industrial Automation (IA) and Richardson team. This individual will be a member of the Honeywell Sensing Solutions (HSS) HSE Leadership Team, responsible for driving HSE continuous improvement, compliance, and engagement within HSS and the Richardson facility. The role reports to the HSS/IMC Sr. Director HSE and has multiple direct reports.As an HSE Sr Manager, the successful candidate must be results driven and able to develop strong relationships with HSS factories leadership team. The candidate must be compliance focused and provide hands-on support with the ability to deploy continuous improvement through a strong MOS; to drive goals, objectives, improve culture and behaviors. We are looking for a strong people and process leader, capable of managing, coaching/mentoring HSE professionals across a Strategic Business Group. The individual must be a well-rounded leader that can manage health, safety and environmental programs in a field or construction environment and able to coach/mentor a team of HSE professionals.
