Help us make our mark on the community!ARE YOU WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?Basic RequirementsAbility to work a Monday - Friday schedule, with some flexibility based on residents' needsProficiency with Outlook and scheduling programsSharp attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdditional CriteriaStrong problem-solving skillsProficiency with technology and the ability to learn new programsComfort communicating with all residents, staff, and family members about care aspectsAbility to create and strengthen personal relationshipsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and resident needsWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS OUR RESIDENTIAL SERVICES DIRECTORThis position manages all aspects of our residential care services, directing the care team in responding to residents' needs and maintaining a compassionate, high-quality independent living environment. You'll make sure that our medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, social, and emotional services comply with regulations and appropriately meet each resident's unique needs.By fostering relationships with residents, staff, and family members, you'll help maintain a cohesive and collaborative environment where the residents can live their best possible lives. You'll also have a hand in our advertising efforts, working with our marketing team to effectively promote our organization and attract new residents to the facility.
