Shift Manager

Because our restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, you will be employed by that franchisee, not by McDonald’s USA. All hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling decisions are made by the franchise owner. Description Shift Managers lead the restaurant each shift, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, guiding crew and other managers to provide excellent quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and security, managing profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Pay Part‑Time Manager: starting at $16.50 per hour. Full‑Time Manager: starting at $18.50 per hour.
