Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health to join our team on a 16-week contract assignment serving patients throughout Carroll and Howard Counties, Maryland . This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes while working independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home health settings.
• Assess patients and monitor their ongoing healthcare needs.
• Implement and manage physician-ordered care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, medications, and care plans.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment.
