This full‑time opportunity, starting August 24, 2026, and running through December 18, 2026, is based near Milton, WA, and is ideal for professionals passionate about promoting student well‑being and academic success. Key Qualifications Current Washington School Psychologist license/certification, or willingness to obtain prior to start Demonstrated experience or strong interest in supporting K–5 or elementary school students Familiarity with assessments, individual and group counseling, behavioral interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to navigate a diverse school community and engage effectively with students, staff, and families Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs Develop evidence‑based intervention plans for students, in collaboration with teachers and families Facilitate group or individual counseling sessions to support students’ social‑emotional development Participate actively in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, offering valuable insights for student support plans Assist with crisis intervention and provide resources for students in need Consult regularly with staff and caregivers regarding best practices and strategies for student success This contract assignment offers the opportunity to enrich your skills in a supportive environment, working closely with dedicated educators.
