Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions in accordance with the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment per state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Assist with patient education and development of home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Ability to follow established treatment plans and work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
