Job Focus: Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

• Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and associate that differentiates us from the competition
• Contact appropriate supervisor with guest related complaints or issues
• Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures
• Assist associate within the Transportation Department as needed and other departments
• Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service
• Perform related duties as requested
• Pick up and drop off assigned guests designated by limo dispatcher
• Complete assigned tasks given by limo dispatcher or manager
• Load and unload vehicle as need
• Keep vehicle well maintained
• Set up return transportation for guest
• Full knowledge of resort amenities

Desired Qualifications:

• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have a valid NV driver's license
• Working knowledge in all aspects of Front Services Department
• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
• Ability to perform basic math
• Basic knowledge of the city
• Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations impacting the Transportation Department including Guest Safety and OSHA
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ability to work flexible hours
• A valid NV Driver's License is required and must be obtained before entering this position
• Must be 21 years of age or older
