Assistant Manager

We are seeking high‑energy Assistant Managers to support restaurant operations at Cafe Rio Mexican Grill. Benefits 8 weeks of initial hands‑on training Learning to run a multimillion‑dollar restaurant Competitive pay and monthly bonuses Paid time off Free meals Health care and retirement benefits Requirements At least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours 2 or more years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry, managing a team of 15 or more employees, interacting frequently with customers and coaching staff Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime beyond 40 hours Strong interpersonal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus We use eVerify to confirm U.S. Employment eligibility.
