We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Architect to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to showcase their design skills, creativity, and technical expertise in a progressive environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Responsibilities:

As our Permanent Architect, you will be an integral part of our team. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Creating and developing architectural designs that align with client needs, project goals, and regulatory requirements.

2. Collaborating with project teams, including engineers, construction professionals, and interior designers, to ensure the successful execution of design concepts.

3. Managing the entire design process, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

4. Providing technical guidance and expertise to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

5. Leading and participating in project meetings and design reviews, presenting designs to clients and stakeholders, and incorporating their feedback into your designs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this Permanent Architect role will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the construction industry.

3. A valid license to practice architecture.
