Responsibilities Guide clients through the luxury real‑estate buying and selling process with warmth and expertise. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they feel valued and informed every step of the way. Leverage our proven open‑house strategy to attract and convert potential buyers effectively. Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance property listings and maximize exposure. Utilize our CRM and tech tools to manage client interactions and streamline transactions. Stay informed about North Texas luxury real‑estate market trends to provide the best advice. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to our supportive and fun culture. Attend meetings at the Southlake office at least twice a week and show houses in the Southlake area. Compensation $95,000 – $200,000 yearly (commission‑only). Range estimated; however, following our lead can lead to $100,000+ first year. Qualifications We welcome experienced agents and newer licensees alike. What matters more to us than years in the business is who you are in it.
