JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our food & beverage team. Responsible for creating an enjoyable experience that far exceeds the guest’s expectations. The goal is to provide the guest with positive, prompt, professional, friendly beverage service to generate repeat business. Position requires working in a fast-paced exciting environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high quality guest service by welcoming and greeting guests with a positive, professional attitude
• Provide beverage service in a timely manner
• Use suggestive selling; always serve bar beverages responsibly, and within legal guidelines
• Perform all side work duties, which may include opening, on-going, and closing duties

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years of age or older. Experience in hospitality industry preferred. Customer service skills and experience is a plus. Must be knowledgeable of Michigan Liquor Control Commission Laws.
