At Willow Ridge Wellness & Rehabilitation, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a leading healthcare organization, we are dedicated to hiring the best professionals to join our team. We are now seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work full-time with our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician or registered nurse
Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by a physician
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist with medical procedures, including but not limited to, injections, wound care, and phlebotomy
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Provide emotional support and educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques

Requirements:

Current LVN license in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in nursing or related field preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Current CPR certification
