Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities.

Position: Counselor II
Department : Youth and Family (YFD)
Shift: Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs/hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Salary Range: $66,081.60 to $83,512.00 (Annually). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements: Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. Work experience in a behavioral or mental health setting preferred. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

Summary: The Counselor II Clinician provides community-based therapy services to youth enrolled in CCMH’s Youth and Family program. The Counselor II works on a multi-disciplinary team with higher acuity youth and families. This position will also support the Youth and Family Department’s Outpatient Clinic, providing assessments and counseling services for clients.
