Arborist (Tree Climber)

Responsibilities Perform tree pruning, removals, stump grinding, and cabling for commercial clients Climb trees safely and efficiently using proper techniques and equipment Direct and support crew members to ensure safe and effective field operations Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and clients Participate in ongoing training, safety meetings, and shop maintenance, especially during slower winter months Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and customer service Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in tree care, including climbing Valid driver's license Safety-oriented mindset Strong teamwork and communication skills Desire to learn, grow, and achieve within the arboriculture field ISA Certification is a plus Compensation $28.00 - $35.00 per hour , paid weekly Benefits Year-round employment with efforts to provide consistent hours, including supplemental training and shop work during slower seasons Health, dental, and life insurance Retirement program with company match up to 3% Holiday and vacation pay Professional certification and training program reimbursement Opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
