Job Description Job Description Sales & Customer Service Coordinator Location: Salt Lake City, Utah Company: Webster Associates Position: Full-Time, In Office Webster Associates is an established industrial distribution company looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our Salt Lake City office. This position will work directly with our VP of Industrial Sales and support our growing sales organization. The role combines customer service, sales support, order coordination, and general office responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, communicates well, stays organized, and takes ownership of getting things done. This is a fast-paced position with a variety of responsibilities and direct interaction with customers, vendors, and our sales team. Job Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to the VP of Industrial Sales Communicate with customers by phone and email Assist customers with order status, shipment information, documentation, and general requests Process and assist with sales orders and purchase orders Help coordinate customer quotes and follow up on outstanding items Track orders and shipments and communicate updates to customers Coordinate with vendors and internal team members to keep orders and projects moving Help track customer follow-ups, meetings, open quotes, and sales opportunities Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales information Assist with scheduling and preparation for customer and internal meetings Answer and route incoming phone calls Organize, scan, and maintain paperwork and electronic records Help keep the Salt Lake office organized and prepared for meetings and customer visits Occasionally assist with small shipments and other office needs Assist with additional projects as needed Job Requirements Self-motivated and able to work independently Highly organized with strong attention to detail Reliable with strong follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and comfortable communicating directly with customers Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications preferred Customer service, sales support, order processing, or administrative experience preferred CRM experience is a plus QuickBooks Enterprise experience is a major plus Industrial distribution experience is helpful but not required Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our Salt Lake team.
