Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements: Were looking for software engineers with 1–3 years of professional experience in a full-time or equivalent role. You should have strong command of at least one modern programming language and its surrounding ecosystem. You need the ability to independently define, build, and deliver features or fixes. A track record of contributing to open source or building independent software projects is a strong bonus. Responsibilities: We want you to design, implement, and deliver clean, well-tested code across a range of projects and tech stacks. Youll debug, refactor, and improve existing codebases for speed, maintainability, and scalability. Youll take part in code reviews, giving and applying constructive technical feedback. Youll collaborate asynchronously on specifications, architecture choices, and implementation planning. Youll document code, APIs, and technical approaches in a clear and reproducible way.
