Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and possess strong skills in patient assistance and hygiene support.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with patient ambulation and mobilitySupport patients with feeding and personal hygienePerform turning and repositioning of patientsConduct bed baths and provide foot and mouth careManage patient incontinence care and skin careMonitor and record vital signs while ensuring patient comfort and safetyUtilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts, stretchers, and electronic vital sign monitorsFollow proper isolation and infection control protocolsReport any changes in patient condition to the healthcare teamStock and maintain supplies as neededQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care environmentAbility to work nights, weekends, and float as neededFamiliarity with charting systems, preferably EPICComplete required training modules prior to start dateMust possess a valid CNA license in the state of New YorkExperience with diverse patient populations, including adults and geriatricsAdditional InformationThis position requires flexibility in scheduling, with potential for weekend coverage every other week. Orientation will be conducted during the day in the first week of employment.
