Full-Time Physician Opportunity

A full-time physician opening in Costa Mesa, providing primary care for nursing home residents and following patients through skilled recovery stays. Trade the 9-to-5 clinic for a role built around flexibility: you set your own day within a 7am to 7pm visit window, with no fixed clinic hours. Working parents can pick up their kids midday and get back to rounding afterward.

Highlights

Established patient panel waiting for you, so there's no need to build a practice from scratch
Collaborative partnership with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Long-term relationships with patients as their primary care physician
After-hours call coverage support provided

Qualifications

MD or DO, board certified
Background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
Nursing home experience or CMD certification a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$220,000 to $270,000 annually, plus productivity bonus
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
Health, dental, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and PTO
$3,500 CME allowance plus paid CME time
Malpractice, credentialing fees, and mileage paid
Smartphone, laptop, and hotspot provided
