Infusion Home Care RN: Field Nurse (Flexible Hours)

Always Compassionate Health seeks Registered Nurses for home infusion field visits across the Hudson Valley. You will initiate patient care, perform follow-up visits, and precept newly hired nurses as requested. You must have NYS RN license and at least 3 years of home infusion experience; infusion of IV/SCIG and biologics is required. Strong supervision and HIPAA knowledge are a plus. This role emphasizes teamwork with the infusion intake team, accurate clinical documentation on a tablet, and #J-18808-Ljbffr alwayscompassionate
