Our Dry Bulk Tank Operators are essential to this mission, ensuring our production teams have what they need, when they need it.

As a Dry Bulk Tank Operator , you’ll transport cementitious materials safely and efficiently to Sunrock production facilities. Using a truck-mounted blower, you’ll unload into overhead silos while ensuring accurate documentation, safe driving, and excellent communication with dispatch and plant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate tractor-trailer units with dry bulk trailers to deliver cementitious products.

• Use truck-mounted blower systems to load/unload into silos.

• Complete pre-trip inspections, hours of service logs, and delivery tickets.

• Inspect vehicle and plant sites for hazards, reporting issues immediately.

• Maintain CDL Class A license and valid DOT medical card.

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with dispatch, production, and plant staff.

• Assist with plant cleanup, minor repairs, and supporting other drivers when needed.

• Maintain flexibility with schedules (including nights, weekends, and overtime).

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• CDL Class A License (with airbrake endorsement).

• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card.

• Safe driving record and ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.

• Mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting and vehicle inspections.

Preferred:

• Previous experience hauling bulk materials, cement, or aggregates.

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
