Job Description

Lumek Visuals is seeking an organized, energetic, and dependable Events Assistant to support the planning, preparation, and execution of events.

In this role, you will work closely with the events team to coordinate daily activities, assist with event logistics, communicate with guests and partners, and help ensure each project runs smoothly from preparation through completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, preparation, and coordination of events.
• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, supplies, and event-related logistics.
• Welcome and assist guests while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and event partners.
• Help ensure event spaces are organized, presentable, and prepared according to requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the events team.
• Assist in resolving minor issues that may arise during event execution.
• Maintain accurate event information, schedules, and internal documentation.
• Contribute ideas that can improve event organization and guest experience.

Additional Information

• Competitive Salary: $37,000 – $41,000 per year.
