1st Shift Weekend Yard Truck Driver (Full Time) Department: Warehouse Employment Type: Full Time Location: Nottingham, PA Description We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Yard Truck Driver position to join our Nottingham, PA team. Schedule Weekly: Friday–Sunday Shift 3:30 AM–3:30 PM (additional hours may be required due to business demands) Benefits Medical, dental, hearing, and vision insurance On‑site health clinic (Marathon Health Clinic) 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Paid employee referral program Requirements Prior to Start Completion of background and pre‑employment drug test Physical screening for ability to perform job duties Qualifications Class A CDL license required Ability to work in wet/humid, extreme cold, and extreme heat conditions Must be able to lift 50 pounds Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, high positions, fumes or airborne particles Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions) Minimum 21 years of age Stable work history with good references English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of yard trucks Hook and unhook trailers, perform inspections, and report maintenance issues immediately Move trailers into loading docks and from plant warehouse to the auxiliary and Nottingham branch warehouse Ensure loads are secure, use wheel chocks when necessary, and lock down doors upon completion Load/unload trailers as required Complete inspection reports and enter maintenance details into ERP system Accurately enter and track manufacturing data in ERP system, including production orders, materials, finished goods, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data Track inventory levels in real‑time and coordinate with relevant teams for timely replenishment Perform additional ERP responsibilities and duties as assigned Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work environment; wear personal protective equipment as required Additional Duties Wear proper personal protective equipment for each duty Attend and participate in all safety meetings and comply with safety guidelines Employer Information Herr Foods Inc. is a drug‑free workplace and an equal opportunity employer M/F/Veterans/Disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Herr Foods Inc.
