Quick Look ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit (Day Shift) in Longview, Texas. Location Longview, TX Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule/Shift This position offers a day shift schedule of 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00). Job Description The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH). The nurse will manage patient flow with a focus on maintaining patient safety and comfort, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions. Implement effective care plans and treatment regimens. Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management. Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as required. Required Experience A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Experience in ICU and IMC level care. Certifications/Licensure Current and valid Registered Nurse license. ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
