About This Role As an RN in the Rapid Observation Unit at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced environment, focusing on their needs throughout the patient care journey. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Fairview Hospital Department/Unit: Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) Schedule: Part-time, Day shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and their families. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Experience: One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience required Clinical experience preferred Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required Benefits RN Loan Repayment program Tuition Reimbursement program Relocation assistance for eligible candidates Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being resources About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
