Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and report issues through appropriate channels.
• Support retail location operations by assisting with access control, directing guests, and providing visible security-related presence during business hours, peak traffic periods, and/or special events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
