Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Experience with Medical, DKA, Cardiac, GI, Renal, Sepsis, Trauma, Surgery. Description: This position is in a dedicated Stroke Unit. The unit has a capacity of 30 beds. The nurse to patient ratio is 1:4. Candidates should have relevant experience in managing a variety of acute patient conditions. Strong critical thinking and assessment skills are essential. Adaptability and teamwork are also key qualities for success in this role.
