Services And Support Coordinator
This role is focused on supporting service operations and coordinating with internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining records in tracking systems, resolving customer support requests, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day service operations.
Required Skills:
- Experience in administrative support or service coordination
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with MS Office applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Experience with database tracking or management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Ability to document processes and work instructions
- Experience working with reports and data analysis
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be a US Citizen
