What You'll Do

• Scrub for surgical procedures across various specialties, excluding transplant, in a 13-room OR.
• Assist with procedures involving advanced equipment including 2 Xi DaVinci Robots.
• Float to general OR cases as needed, ensuring flexibility and team support.
• Adhere to all safety and procedural protocols in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain sterile techniques and assist with instrument management.
• Support patient care indirectly by preparing and maintaining surgical equipment and supplies.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid BCLS and NBSTSA certification
• At least 2 years of surgical scrub experience
• Ability to float to general cases if required

Preferred:

• Experience in a multi-specialty OR environment
• Comfortable working with advanced surgical technology and robotics
