Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to manage typical SNF caseloads and documentation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred.
• Advanced training in geriatric or post-acute care preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule: five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Position requires approximately 35 hours per week.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
