Commercial Roofing Estimator (Technical Focus)

Job Description Job Description About the Role We're looking for a commercial roofing estimator who cares about accuracy and scope, not sales pressure or rushing numbers out the door. This position is for someone who likes digging into plans and specs, catching issues before they become problems, and producing estimates that can actually be built without surprises. What You'll Be Doing * Preparing detailed takeoffs and estimates for commercial roofing work * Reviewing drawings, specifications, and bid documents * Identifying missing scope, conflicts, and risk items up front * Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers when needed * Clearly documenting assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications * Supporting clean handoffs to project teams once jobs are awarded This Is Not a Sales Job * No commission pressure * No "throw a number at it and move on" estimating * No guessing or vague expectations * We expect estimates to be complete and correct.
