develop and track conversion plans with clear owners and acceptance criteriaDesign and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to provide real-time visibility into portfolio health, project status, and operational KPIs for leadership and stakeholdersWhat You'll NeedRequired:10+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years at a senior-level leadership role managing portfolios, teams, and strategic initiativesBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in project management tools and executive reporting systems such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Tableau, or Power BIThe ideal candidate brings a proven track record in enterprise IT governance, and driving disciplined adherence across portfoliosExceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate and influence at the executive leadership level (ELT)Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to drive results across multiple teams and projectsBackground in process automation and operational improvement with measurable outcomes (e.g., cycle-time reduction, manual effort elimination)Experience with Salesforce implementations (e.g., requirements gathering, UAT coordination, go-live support) or strong familiarity with Salesforce platforms and processes; Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
