Responsibilities:
- Help foster a fun, engaging and energetic atmosphere within the shop
- Embrace our wow factors such as hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massage to amplify your client's experience
- Be a champion of inclusivity ensuring every person feels welcomed and valued
- Engage in ongoing education keeping your craft sharp and on point
- Recruit and retain customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have an active Cosmetologist / Barber License in North Carolina
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Pride in your work and results
- Reliability, timeliness, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to stand for sustained periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 25lbs
