Schedule & Pay

We're hiring for both full-time and part-time availability.

Full-time pay: $12.50$15/hour (based on experience and availability)

• Full-time team members are generally scheduled between 3040 hours per week based on business needs and availability. Hours are not guaranteed.

Full-time team members may qualify for benefits upon eligibility and typically receive more consistent scheduling than part-time team members.

Part-time pay: $10$13.50/hour (based on experience and availability)

• Part-time team members are typically scheduled between 1030 hours per week depending on availability and business needs. Hours may vary week to week.

Pay can increase over time based on performance, reliability, and length of service.

Scheduling expectations

Restaurant schedules are based on business volume, staffing needs, performance, and team member availability.

Hours are not guaranteed and may fluctuate week to week.

Changes to availability must be submitted in writing and may impact the number of hours scheduled.

Your Role

• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Support all kitchen stations and keep supplies organized
• Follow sanitation and food safety procedures at all times
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly

What We're Looking For

• 17 years or older
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments (kitchen stations and freezers)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. All new hires must complete federal employment eligibility paperwork (Form I-9) and present documents verifying identity and work authorization.
• Willing to obtain a Food Handler Certificate (instructions provided after hire; est. cost $10)
• Willing to wear or purchase non-slip, oil-resistant shoes (can be purchased after hire)
• Available Saturdays. Flexibility required, including availability to close.
• Able to work during the holiday season, including the days before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
• Flexible during training. Training may last 24 weeks and include fewer hours.
• Willing to submit to a background check, if required.

Grooming & Appearance Policy

• Earrings: up to three plain studs per ear; one plain nose stud allowed
• Hair: neat, pulled back, natural colors only
• Facial hair: trimmed, maximum inch
• Nails: short, no acrylic or press-on
• Nail polish: one solid color, no designs
• Tattoos: not visible on face, neck, or behind ears; visible tattoos must not be offensive
• False eyelashes: permitted at Operator's discretion
