A-Line Staffing is now hiring Maintenance Worker in Kingstree, SC. The Production Operator would be working for a Major Manufacturing company and has strong career growth potential.
Maintenance Worker Highlights:
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 Hourly
Location: Onsite – Kingstree, SC
Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming
- Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing work areas
- Remove trash and recycling materials and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean sidewalks, building exteriors, and outdoor surfaces
- Use proper cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, stains, mold, and grime
- Perform equipment safety checks and basic maintenance on pressure washing equipment
- Assist maintenance teams with general light maintenance and minor repairs
- Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and equipment malfunctions promptly
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks on time
Maintenance Worker Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience with lawn care, pressure washing, painting, or general maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools, cleaning equipment, and pressure washers preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and climb ladders
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of workplace safety procedures and guidelines
- Experience in industrial or commercial facilities is a plus
