This position provides direct supervision of maintenance staff, the Custodial Supervisor, and custodial personnel, and ensures that campus facilities are maintained in a safe, functional, and clean condition. The role is responsible for prioritizing departmental work, coordinating resources, and supporting the effective operation of all physical plant services. Requirements This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. This position requires five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance, physical plant operations, or a related field. Two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience is required, overseeing daily operations including maintenance, grounds and/or custodial functions.
