Job Title: DB2 DBA Location: Jersey City, Pittsburgh, PA, Lake Mary, FL, Nashville, TN Type: Full Time Terms: Hybrid - 2 days onsite We're seeking a future team member for the role of DB2DBA to join our TSG Mainframe Services team. Key Responsibilities Support and manage DB2 databases on mainframe (z/OS) Work in a DDF-heavy environment (distributed transactions via Java/JDBC/API connections) Handle database structure, architecture, and performance tuning Support application-facing DB2 (DB2 LU / distributed access) Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure changes Collaborate across engineering and operations teams Be part of on-call rotation and production support Required Skills & Tools Strong DB2 DBA experience on mainframe Experience with: DDF (Distributed Data Facility) DB2 architecture & database structures Application integration (Java, JDBC, APIs) Monitoring & performance tools: MainView Apptune Understanding of: Mainframe infrastructure Distributed systems interaction with DB2 Estimated Rate Min: $100,000.00 • Max: $140,000.00 Benefits Medical, Prescription, Dental & Vision Benefits (for employees working 20+ hours per week) Health Savings Account (HSA) Life & Disability Insurance MetLife Voluntary Benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401K Retirement Savings Plan Direct Deposit & weekly epayroll Referral Bonus Programs Certification and training opportunities Equal Opportunity Employment All qualified applicants are welcome to apply.
