Project Manager (PMP Required)

A significant portion of this role will be focused on supporting the organization’s well‑being portfolio, which will require application of advanced project management methodologies, including ongoing strategic planning, design and development of portfolio management, setting priorities, and establishing and executing plans for multiple, concurrent projects under a portfolio’s umbrella. You will manage deliverables across a multi‑disciplinary team and must be able to learn and adapt to the fast‑paced project environment. Representative Responsibilities Strategic Planning – Work with well‑being leadership and project teams to develop strategic priorities, translate strategies into action, set goals and objectives, prioritize key objectives, and support the team in achieving success. Strategize, recommend, and build portfolio infrastructure necessary to execute selected projects and processes. Project Management – Accountable for simultaneously managing a portfolio of multiple, complex projects across project types (e.g., design, innovation, implementation) and stakeholders. Develop and manage an adaptive project structure and governance. Execute projects with urgency, plan for and manage risks, and take action when risks become issues. Communication & Relationship Management – Analyze project communication needs, generate a communication plan, and manage communications with key stakeholders. Compose, edit, and deliver written and verbal communications tailored to the audience. Facilitate small and large group meetings and collaborations. Build and maintain effective relationships. Qualifications Required – Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 6 years of related experience, including strong understanding of project management methodologies and practical application in a fast‑paced environment; PMP certification. Preferred – Experience in healthcare, clinical/public health, and/or employee well‑being within a healthcare setting. Knowledge of agile project management principles. Weekly Hours: 40. Expected Starting Pay Range: Annualized pay may vary based on FTE status $91,520.00 – $116,688.00.
