Position Summary

As an Express Technician, you'll be the foundation of our service operation and an important part of each customer's ownership experience. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to develop your automotive career through hands-on experience, paid manufacturer training, ASE certification assistance, and a clearly defined career path toward becoming a Certified Service Technician. Compensation / Good Faith Pay Range

• $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
• Production Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, fluid services, and multi-point inspections.
• Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs and identify repair opportunities for service advisors and customers.
• Operate manufacturer software and dealership technology to accurately document completed services.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Participate in manufacturer training, ASE certification programs, and ongoing technical development.
• Assist Service Technicians with vehicle repairs while developing advanced diagnostic and repair skills.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer repair standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by performing every service accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

What You’ll Bring

• ASE Certifications preferred
• Ability to perform basic automotive maintenance and service repair as well as diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• State Inspector's License preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; work well in teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to team members and customers
• Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
