The Big Picture

If you thrive on flawless food handling and preparation at the highest standard and prepares food per the exact recipe specifications always from our scratch kitchen, then this is the job for you.

You're Good At:

You follow food safety procedures, daily prep list, prepares specific recipes for cooks; clean, sanitize and maintain equipment, utensils and tools throughout kitchen.
You ensure only fresh high quality ingredients are used when preparing all recipes.
You ensure proper recipe is displayed on the monitor during the preparation and cooking process.
You love to ensure proper recipe adherence is followed whenever producing items.
You are super safe and maintain a safe work environment by ensuring floor surfaces are clean, dry and free from debris.
You demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment in assigned cooking station to include; startup, shut down, shift maintenance, cleaning and repairing as needed.
You like a super clean and organized work station.
You prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
