Position Details 30–35 hours per week Private dental practice Growing position with opportunities for professional growth Supportive and collaborative team environment Requirements Minimum 3 years of dental office experience Experience as a Treatment Coordinator preferred Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Knowledge of dental insurance, benefits, and patient responsibilities Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Key Skills Ability to confidently present treatment plans and financial options to patients Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of dental insurance benefits and coordination Ability to explain treatment recommendations and financial responsibilities clearly Strong follow-up skills for patients with pending or unscheduled treatment Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office Strong organizational and time-management skills Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire dental team Experience with patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and case acceptance is a plus Our ideal candidate is professional, dependable, personable, and passionate about helping patients understand their dental treatment .
