At Balance Within Integrative Physical Therapy, we've intentionally built a practice where women's health isn't treated as a specialty in isolation. About Us

Balance Within is a PT-owned, top rated, cash-based practice that has been serving Lake Country for more than 10 years. After experiencing the limitations of traditional insurance-based care, Drs. Sarah and Jereme Trunk founded Balance Within in 2015 with a simple vision: create a practice where therapists could thrive professionally while providing patients the time, attention, and individualized care they truly deserve. 

We believe many women's health conditions cannot be fully understood—or successfully treated—without considering the entire musculoskeletal system. In fact, we don't believe patients should have to choose between an orthopedic specialist and a pelvic health specialist. We believe they deserve both.

That's why we've built one of the few practices that intentionally integrates orthopedic physical therapy, pelvic health, manual therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and whole-body clinical reasoning into every patient's care.
