, and related issues Provide team members with information about benefits, payroll inquiries, and career development Review changes to state and federal laws and recommend necessary changes to management Coordinate and lead investigations involving harassment, discrimination, workplace violence, theft, and related matters Assist supervisors in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment Provide guidance on loss prevention and risk management Lead HR projects, including Workday upgrades and functionality, user training, report writing, and system performance maintenance Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and relocations Travel to support other local warehouses within the west region Requirements Knowledge of Human Resources laws and ability to understand company HR procedures and processes across multiple locations Minimum of 2 years of related recruiting experience Strong working knowledge of recruitment, benefits, safety, compensation systems, team member relations, unemployment, and workers' compensation High integrity, loyalty, compassion, and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong decision‑making, organization, prioritization, and planning abilities Ability to work in a diverse organization where group interaction, teamwork, and relationships are critical Excellent communication and listening skills; assertive, personable, and flexible Knowledge of HRIS, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Occasional travel required, typically 20-30% of the time Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test; THC/marijuana is not tested Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States Must not require U.S. Venture sponsorship to continue working legally in the United States Bilingual capability in English and Spanish implied by the role title Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Human Resources management, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance with HR laws and regulations.
