Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Friday 8:30am-12:30 pm Salary: $21-$24 per hour based on experience. Tuition Reimbursement Plan Other voluntary plans are available to support you and your family Career growth opportunities in a supportive environment What You’ll Do As a Medical Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinic, supporting physicians and patients with: Medical intake procedures including vital signs and history. Recording and reporting symptoms, reactions, treatments and changes in patient’s conditions. Performing immunizations and injections. Performing phlebotomy. Documenting patient care. Completing medical prior authorization and documentation requirements. Collaborating with clinic team members to coordinate patient services. Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient. Assisting with front desk tasks as necessary to support the clinic, including: Greeting patients. Answering phones. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments. Collecting and processing payments. Verifying insurance information. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED. Completion of a Medical Assistant training program. Certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) preferred—or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire. CPR certification. Must be able to pass a Level I background check (a Level II background may also be required).
